Sales Planning & Activities

1. Drive SBG sales network to acquire and nurture a list of corporations for Payroll sign-up through employee salary bank switching.
2. Responsible for customer development, account opening, and planning marketing and sales activities to achieve CEPS revenue targets.
3. Collaborate with various SBGs to sign up companies for Payroll services.
4. Develop and enhance earnings potential and revenue relationships with customers by maintaining relationships and servicing their needs.
5. Market CEPS component products and services, including joint sales activities with all SBGs.
6. Execute and manage sign-ups for CEPS and related products.
7. Formulate, complete, and execute account plans to increase earning potential and revenue relationships.

Operations & Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with the code of ethics during sales processes and activities.
2. Adhere to audit, risk, and compliance standards and policies set by the Bank.
