A leading financial institution in Malaysia is seeking a Relationship Manager to drive deposits and generate client referrals. The ideal candidate should possess a university degree, at least 1 year of banking sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. This role involves making sales calls, conducting client briefings, and participating in sales events. Competitive salary and career development opportunities are offered.
To drive deposits such as CASA, FD, junior accounts, both in terms of number of accounts and the balances. To help business in driving General Insurance (GI) business. To generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals. Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals. Schedule sales activity and ensure optimum pipeline generation. Make sales calls to new potential and existing clients. Conduct briefing to clients during corporate presentation. Follow up on sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are opened timely. Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable. Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations. To collaborate with other departments and/or bank branches to create a synergetic sales outcome.
