Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deposit Relationship Manager located in Kuching. The Deposit Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the deposit portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, developing strategies to attract new clients, managing client accounts, and cross-selling banking products and services. The role also involves monitoring financial trends, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in banking operations, especially deposit management
• Experience in customer relationship management and sales
• Strong analytical and market analysis skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the banking industry is an added advantage
