Job description

  1. To drive deposit such as CASA, FD, junior accounts, both in terms of number of accounts and the balances.
  2. Referral to AP / PB / Private Wealth once they identify the clients’ potential.
  3. To help business in driving General Insurance (GI) business.
  4. To generate and qualify leads from internal and external lists to achieve acquisition goals.
  5. Source and develop client referrals to achieve acquisition goals.
  6. Schedule sales activity and ensure optimum pipeline generation.
  7. Make sales calls to new potential and existing clients.
  8. Negotiate effectively with clients.
  9. Conduct briefing to clients during corporate presentation.
  10. Respond to sales enquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person.
  11. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
  12. Follow up on sales activities to ensure sales closure and accounts are open timely.
  13. Monitor and report on sales activities and follow-up.
  14. Participate in sales events and roadshows where applicable.
  15. Participate in community events where applicable.
  16. Ensure all tasks are carried out in full compliance with guidelines and regulations.
  17. To collaborate with other departments and/or bank branches to create a synergetic sales outcome.
  18. Continuous effort to improve business in support of building brand awareness and improving customer experience.
