- Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and provide accurate diagnoses.

- Perform a full range of dental treatments, including but not limited to:

- Restorative treatments: fillings, crowns, and bridges

- Endodontic treatments: root canal therapy

- Periodontal treatments: scaling, root planing, and gum care

- Extractions: simple and surgical extractions

- Prosthodontics: dentures and partial dentures

- Cosmetic dentistry: teeth whitening and veneers

- Orthodontics: braces consultation and follow-ups

- Provide emergency dental care, such as treating dental trauma or acute pain

- Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventive care

- Conduct regular check-ups and provide fluoride treatments or sealants when necessary

3. Case Management

- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual dental needs

- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

- Refer patients to specialists for advanced procedures (e.g., oral surgery, complex orthodontics) as required

4. Customer Service

- Build and maintain strong patient relationships to foster trust and satisfaction

- Address patient inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically

5. Professional Development

- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques, tools, and industry advancements

- Attend trainings, workshops, and seminars to continuously enhance skills and expertise

Job Jurisdiction:

1. Clinical Responsibilities

- Full authority to diagnose and manage dental conditions within the scope of general dentistry

- Authorized to prescribe medications, issue referrals, and determine appropriate treatment

2. Treatment Planning and Execution

- Ensure all treatments comply with local health regulations and dental practice standards

- Work closely with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth delivery of care

- Provide guidance to support staff to maintain high standards of clinical service

4. Quality Assurance and Compliance

- Ensure all procedures follow clinic protocols and comply with dental regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring patient safety at all times

Requirements:

1. Must be a registered dentist with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry

3. Must be willing to learn, proactive, and possess a positive attitude

4. 6-day work week

5. Commission-based income (can range from RM8,000 – RM30,000++/month, depending on performance)

6. Basic salary applicable during probation period

7. Flexible leave and annual leave (subject to availability and arrangement with other doctors)

8. Diverse treatment exposure: opportunity to practice and enhance skills in various treatments such as endodontics, indirect veneers, crown & bridges, and minor oral surgery (MOS) – in line with high treatment demands at the clinic
