Job summary

Parkway Dental Malaysia is hiring a Dental Nurse to prepare rooms, assist dentists, and manage records across three branches. Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided. You will travel between sites, support the team, and ensure patient comfort and infection control.

The role requires good communication, organization, and willingness to learn dental software, with a care-focused patient approach.

Qualifications

• Must have a Diploma in Dental Nursing / Diploma Jururawat Pergigian.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills with a caring and professional attitude.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player who is proactive, responsible, and highly organized.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn dental software.
• Willing and able to travel between all 3 branches and follow the assigned doctor as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures.
• Assist the dentist during a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, and minor surgeries.
• Take and process dental X-rays.
• Educate and communicate with patients regarding oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
• Manage patient records and charting accurately.
• Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
• Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
• Travel between all 3 clinic branches and follow the assigned doctor according to the clinic schedule.
• Be flexible with work locations and support the dental team at different branches when required.
