- To manage a kitchen team in Happy Food Co. in producing F&B orders as per SOP, quality, and target time.
- To manage the inventory stock take including forecasting the ordering, stock level, breakages, variances, wastages, etc.
- To lead a team of Commis in Happy Food Co. including the food preparation training.
Job Requirements
- SPM/Diploma in Culinary/Hotel Management or any related field.
- 3 years’ experience of cooking in a well-established restaurant or full-service hotel.
- Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Basic computer skills and familiar with stock/inventory system.
