Demand Planning

1. Drive monthly Demand Review Meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
2. Develop an 18-month rolling demand forecast using historical sales data, combining statistical forecasts and manual calculations, considering marketing intelligence such as promotions, product phase-ins and phase-outs, new launches, and discontinuations.
3. Ensure forecast consistency by building consensus among sales, marketing, and finance teams, aligning with historical sales trends.
4. Analyze business risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies in collaboration with commercial teams.
5. Monitor KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy & Bias, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.

Supply Planning

1. Maintain system parameters like Product Lifecycle, Product Lifestyle, and Order Method.
2. Respond to alert reports (PIPO, EOL, Aging) and adjust system data to ensure ERP calculations are accurate.
3. Analyze inventory levels, highlighting risks and opportunities for management.
4. Review Safety Stocks quarterly based on ABCD classification.
5. Plan and release monthly replenishment purchase orders to regional offices and oversee reception at local warehouses.
6. Coordinate with warehouses on kitting preparations and ensure timely store ordering.
7. Additional responsibilities may be assigned consistent with the DEMAND AND SUPPLY PLANNER role.
