Demand Planning Responsibilities

1. Lead monthly Demand Review Meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.
2. Develop an 18-month rolling demand forecast using historical sales data, statistical forecasting tools, and marketing intelligence, challenging forecasts as needed.
3. Ensure forecast consistency by building consensus between sales, marketing, and financial teams.
4. Identify business risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation strategies.
5. Monitor KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias, analyzing root causes and recommending improvements.

Supply Planning Responsibilities

1. Maintain system parameters like Product Lifecycle, Order Methods, etc.
2. Respond to alert reports (PIPO, EOL, Aging) and adjust systems to ensure accuracy.
3. Analyze inventory levels, highlighting risks and opportunities to management.
4. Review safety stock calculations quarterly based on ABCD classification.
5. Plan and release monthly replenishment purchase orders to regional offices and oversee local warehouse reception.
6. Coordinate with local warehouses on kitting and work with operations to ensure timely store orders.
