Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the production planner and production team to optimize manufacturing schedules, minimize downtime, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Track actual production performance against plans and implement corrective measures when necessary.
- Support the creation and maintenance of a 45-day rolling production plan, highlighting potential challenges and proposing solutions.
- Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to guarantee timely availability of raw materials, components, and packaging aligned with production needs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent both stock shortages and excess inventory.
- Partner with the production planner, sales, and customer service teams to convert demand forecasts into executable production plans.
- Identify capacity constraints and recommend solutions, such as resource reallocation or outsourcing options.
- Monitor and analyze key planning KPIs including schedule adherence, forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for leadership and operational review.
- Serve as a key link between sales, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment on all planning activities.
Qualification:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations management for Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in production or supply chain planning in a manufacturing environment.
