UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub 2) is a newly established technology centre located in Kuala Lumpur, part of UOB Group Technology and Operations, focused on delivering innovative financial technology solutions to enable business growth and technological transformation.

About The Department

The Technology and Operations function comprises five specialist teams: business partnership, technology, operations, risk governance, and planning support and services. We collaborate closely to harness technology to support our physical and digital banking services and operations, including developing, centralising, and standardising systems and banking operations in Singapore and overseas branches.

Job Responsibilities

You will lead resource capability and demand allocation for UOB Innovation Hub 2 (IH2). Working with the Head of Delivery and Department Leads, you will develop demand planning, shape demand, and track fulfillment within IH2.

  • Act as the primary contact for IH2 Department Leads in accepting incoming demand, work effort allocation, and identifying the best-fit resources to maximize demand fulfillment and resource chargeability.
  • Track role fulfillment to ensure demand is met as planned.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source candidates and manage relationships to meet domain needs.
  • Evaluate vendor performance related to demand fulfillment and resource quality.
  • Inventory resources’ skills and availability, projecting chargeability based on demand outlook.
  • Coordinate with Procurement on Work Order demands and change requests, ensuring execution aligns with plans.
  • Leverage lessons learned to improve demand and capacity management processes.
  • Transition demand and capacity tracking to PPM system.
  • Provide regular resource demand insights to upper management.

Job Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in Resource Management or Resource Planning or similar fields.
  • Hands-on experience liaising with vendors and setting benchmarks according to company requirements.
  • Strong understanding of business applications within banking and the tech landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills to facilitate understanding across stakeholders.
