Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in a related field, Diploma or higher, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. English is essential; Mandarin/Japanese proficiency is a plus. Based in Malacca, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or higher with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Production Planning, MS Office, Stock Management, Logistics Management, SAP.
• English is a must; Mandarin or Japanese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan for stable production capacity based on demand and supply gap analysis in every weekly planning.
• Forecast demand trend based on historical data and market trends.
• Ensure on-time delivery by tracking each customer order until shipment.
• Monitor production process and adjust schedules to address delays or changes.
• Coordinate with related departments for changes in production plans.
• Maintain KPI achievement under PSI Planning group following Division Policy.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, ISO 45001 and RBA.
