Job summary

Starhub Ltd. in Malaysia seeks a Delivery Lead for FRCS to bridge Finance and Technology, manage the product backlog, and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across legacy and migrated systems.

You will enable effective delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and steward governance across FRCS initiatives with a focus on delivery stability and transparency.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of delivery management experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile practices and ceremonies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and vendors.
• Understanding of FRCS processes or finance systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Functional Leads to refine and prioritise backlog items.
• Break down epics and features into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove delivery blockers, risks, and dependencies across teams.
• Coordinate delivery across legacy finance systems and newly migrated platforms.
• Maintain transparent delivery reporting, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, audit requirements, and internal control policies.
• Partner with Finance to ensure solutions meet functional needs and reporting accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, process refinement, and feedback loops.
• Support change management, release planning, and readiness activities.
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down to guide planning.
