Job summary

MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking a deburring operator to ensure quality on machined components. You will operate hand and powered tools, follow SOPs and engineering drawings, and remove burrs and surface defects.

You will also maintain 5S in the workspace, inspect and maintain tools, assist with dust collection preventive maintenance, prepare finished parts for downstream processes, and keep records for traceability and quality compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operated hand and powered tools to perform deburring on machined components in accordance with SOPs and engineering drawings
• Ensured parts met manufacturing quality standards by removing burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections
• Maintained 5S standards by keeping the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Performed routine inspection and daily maintenance of deburring tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Supported preventive maintenance of dust collection systems to maintain a safe production environment
• Cleaned and prepared finished parts to meet cleanliness and handling requirements before downstream processes
• Identified and segregated non-conforming parts; documented defects and reported issues to supervisors for corrective action
• Coordinated with production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely transfer of parts to the next process stage
• Accurately updated production records, documentation, and system data to support traceability and quality compliance
