SEGi University is seeking a Dean for its Graduate School of Business. This role involves developing strategic plans, enhancing academic quality, and providing mentorship. The ideal candidate will possess a Doctoral degree and have substantial experience in education leadership, driving the university's mission and strategic goals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and development of the Graduate School.
• Identify opportunities and create new academic programs that support the University’s long-term growth and sustainability.
• Collaborate with the Graduate School team to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements, enhanced community engagement and drive the University’s research objectives.
• Establish collaborations and partnerships with other higher education institutions and industry stakeholders to enhance research initiatives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to academic staff as well as students within the Graduate School.
• Monitor and support students’ academic progress to ensure timely graduation.
• Work closely with other Department Heads, and University Management to align efforts with the University’s mission and strategic goals.
Requirements:
• A Doctoral degree from a recognised institution.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of teaching experience at the tertiary level, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role.
• A strong passion for higher education, with a thorough understanding of the industry.
• Experience in implementing enhancements in academic quality, student experience, and research outputs.
• Ability to think creatively in addressing challenges and developing effective solutions.
