Dealing & Trading Operations Associate/Specialist (Forex CFDs Trading Brokerage)

Our client is a growing FCA regulated CFD and FX brokerage with operations in multiple regions across the world. We are searching for an experienced Dealing & Trading Operations Manager and Associate, based in our KL Office, to assist with supervising our trading desk and operational tasks related to maintaining our trading systems. The role offers the opportunity to perform a high-impact and critical function within the company.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous operation of the firm's MT4 and MT5 systems.
• Manage and monitor trading books across FX, CFDs, and other asset classes, ensuring compliance with risk parameters.
• Execute client trades on trading platforms.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Monitor market trends, news, and major trading symbols.
• Oversee trading systems, price feeds, and client activity, investigating suspicious trades.
• Provide second-level trading support.
• Communicate with clients to resolve trading or account issues.
• Generate and analyze trading statistics and reports.
• Follow up with liquidity providers, banks, and prime brokers on transactions.
• Develop knowledge in FX and CFD trade execution and risk management.
• Produce reports related to trading activity and client positions.
• Handle real-time server issues like freezing or gaps.
• Utilize CRM systems and monitor LP and pricing issues.
• Update staff on system or market changes.
• Manage technology issues with aggregators and bridges.
• Assist with MT4 operational configurations.
• Stay updated with market information and research.
• Perform other relevant duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in trading risk management or dealing at a reputable FX/CFD broker.
• Diploma or higher education.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes including FX, CFDs, equities, cryptos, and spread betting.
• Proficiency with MT4 and MT5 platforms (Manager, Administrator, Trader).
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (early morning to late night).
• Knowledge of trading technology, bridge systems, and aggregators is advantageous.
• Ability to handle multiple liquidity providers.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
• Comfort with IT systems and trading technology including PrimeXM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stress management skills.
