About the Job

As the Dealer Manager for Retail Service Operations in JB, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of a dealership unit. This includes strategic planning and operational execution across parts, service, administration, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic and operational planning across sales, service, parts, and admin
  • Manage customer relationships and deliver strong CSI results
  • Drive sales activities and support sales funnel execution to grow business
  • Monitor dealership profitability and financial performance
  • Oversee credit control, risk management, and cost efficiency
  • Provide coaching, discipline, and performance reviews to direct reports
  • Analyze KPIs and propose actionable improvements
  • Control and optimize selling and administrative expenses
  • Prepare and present business performance reports
  • Lead sustainability and diversity efforts within the team
  • Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
