Overview

Ensure compliance with Isuzu’s Corporate Identity (CI) standards across the dealer network.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CI audits, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support sales satisfaction monitoring, analyse survey results, and drive improvement programs with dealers.
• Provide guidance and support to dealers on facility design, renovations, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with dealers, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders on CI projects.
• Support training and awareness programs for dealers on CI and customer experience standards.
• Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or relevant qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of related working experience. Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for Executive level.
• Enthusiastic, responsible and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, flexible, and cooperative team player.
