Our APAC GBS supports a hybrid working approach. You will be supporting markets in multiple time zones and some flexibility around working hours will be needed.

About Role

The Sales Effectiveness & Analytics Data Steward will be focused in developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with sales processes and tools to improve sales force effectiveness including:

  • Monitor & assess the quality of sales data, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer information.

  • Maintain data integrity by identifying & resolving issues, such as inconsistencies, duplicates, or inaccuracies

  • Manage data related to sales transactions, including In-market sales, distributor & trade sales, pricing, invoices & customer data

  • Analyzing sales process reports (e.g., sales activities, opportunity pipeline, average time to close, characteristics of wins vs. losses, etc.) to identify areas for sales process improvement

  • Serve as a point of contact for sales teams & other stakeholders regarding data-related issues

  • Educate users on data policies, procedures & best practices

  • Provide data expertise & guidance to support decisions

  • Work closely with Global Business Services to ensure the data are reflected into Power BI reports & dashboards

  • Implement data policies, standards & procedures specific to the sales domain

**Note: Role will be on 2-year contract basis. You may be required to work varying hours due to different time zones supported* *

About You

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields like computer science, information technology, business administration, or data science

  • Minimum 1 year experience in data management, data analysis, or sales operations is highly valued, preferably in Med Tech or Pharma

  • High proficiency & experience with Analytics, Excel - expert level, Power BI experience, Experience in VBA / SQL / Power Automate will be considered an additional advantage for the candidate.

  • Fluency in English is a must
