Job Definition

This Data Specialist (PADS) role is given the opportunity to explore and research the automotive OES parts data for the SEA region. If you are detail-oriented, independent and comfortable working with large volume of data, then this job is the right suit for you. Our company is expanding in the SEA region and we are looking for people to grow the company.

JobResponsibilities
  • Research and collect domestic and foreign automotive OES parts information from reliable sources in the SEA region.
  • Conduct in-depth research on OES parts for various vehicle models across the SEA region, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Extract, analyze, and input automotive OES parts data from electronic parts catalogues into our systems.
  • Identify and correct data errors, following established workflows and introducing improvements where applicable.
  • Generate detailed reports by analyzing collected and provided data, ensuring actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain and enhance data quality standards.
  • Support team leaders and departments in ensuring projects are delivered on time while providing technical expertise.
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance data management efficiency.
Job Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience, ideally in data research, analysis, or the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel, with proven ability to manage large data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proactive, persistent, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Knowledge or experience in the automotive industry is highly advantageous.
