Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a security engineer with 5–7 years in cryptography and Java to join its InnoHub2 team.

You will work on encryption technologies, TLS/SSH protocols, and PKI standards, with exposure to HSMs and certificate lifecycle management across platforms.

The role requires solid analytical skills, strong communication, and the ability to work with vendors and internal teams; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Cryptography & Java.
• Willing to work during weekend or wee hours to support security administration activities.
• Must demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be process oriented and organized. Effective time management and organizational skills.

• Preferred experience with Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), key management systems, and data protection solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Issuance/Revoke of certificates for Mac OS and other systems.
