Responsibilities:
The accountabilities include (but are not limited to):
- Design, develop, implement, and support emerging big data analytics capabilities through the development and maintenance of advanced data ingestion, processing, modeling, and reporting capabilities.
- Support solutionists by defining database physical structure and functional capabilities, database security, data backup, and recovery strategies.
- Build analytics tools utilizing data pipelines into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics — with the goal of providing actionable insights and meaningful visualizations.
- Collaborate with senior data scientists to understand business problems, interpret data, and feed curated data into models (Predictive/Machine Learning).
- Ensure data ingestion and conversion consider relevant metrics, from appropriate sources, in the correct sequence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computing, Accountancy, Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the data domain, with exposure to Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Quantitative Analytics, etc.
