Job summary
OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad seeks a Data Scientist to apply data science, ML and AI to solve business problems and deliver measurable value across the bank. The role involves designing and deploying AI-driven solutions including GenAI copilots and RAG-based apps, building predictive models, and translating insights into business recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or generative AI solutions development.
- Proficient in Python and ML libraries; familiarity with SQL.
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning; exposure to Hadoop or Spark.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Curious, collaborative and outcome-driven mindset.
Responsibilities
