About the Role:

As a Data Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of our data products that power critical decision-making across the organisation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver scalable data solutions that drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our internal data platform and products

Partner with data engineers, data scientists, and analysts to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation

Translate complex business requirements from operations, finance, compliance, and other business units into technical specifications

Lead the development of intuitive data tools, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities for internal stakeholders

Champion data governance, quality, and security practices throughout product development lifecycle

Drive product prioritisation through stakeholder alignment, impact assessment, and resource management

Develop success metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data products Communication product value, roadmap updates, and launch plans to executive leadership and stakeholders

Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the growth of the data organisation

Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in fintech and data

What We’re Seeking:

Experience working within a regulated financial institution

Experience with cloud data platforms, and open source data tools

Prior experience managing data products that serve both technical and business users

Excellence in stakeholder communication and leading technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Ability to think strategically about banking products / operations and how our underlying data models will unlock more insights and value for our customers (bonus)
