Job summary

Element is seeking a Data Processor based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, to act as a regional expert in analytical instrumentation for geotechnical and structural monitoring projects. You will collect, process, and validate data, maintain records, and coordinate with field teams to ensure timely data retrieval and equipment checks, while supporting reports and anomaly detection.

The role requires Diploma/Degree in engineering or related field and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in engineering or geotechnical/instrumentation related field.
  • Proficient in Excel; familiarity with instrumentation software advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with good analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience in construction or infrastructure monitoring preferred.

Element has an opportunity for Data Processor whose primary responsibility is to serve as a regional expert in expert of analytical instrumentation, analyzing various matrixes, installation, servicing & maintenance of sophisticated analytical instruments.

This role is based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and validate geotechnical/structural monitoring data
  • Maintain data records, prepare reports, and highlight anomalies
  • Operate data loggers and monitoring systems; troubleshoot as needed
  • Coordinate with field teams for data retrieval and equipment checks
Skills / Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Geotechnical, Instrumentation, or related field
