Job description

Job Title: Team Lead Data Processing

As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Data Entry Specialists (DES) team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Your role involves communication, organization, process improvement, training, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communicate tasks assigned by the company's Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
  2. Organize the working schedules of the DES.
  3. Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
  4. Provide and maintain documentation.
  5. Proactively implement, optimize, and automate workflows.
  6. Create new processes and workflows to improve team functions.
  7. Write requirements for other teams.
  8. Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
  9. Perform quality checks.
  10. Manage your team and set KPIs.
  11. Provide reports on list processing progress and individual DES results.
  12. Train new DES team members on workflows.

Qualifications for Success:
  • Experience in Data Entry, Data Conversion, or Data Processing fields.
  • Strong people management skills.

  • Previous remote work experience.
  • Process-oriented with skills in setting up and managing workflows.
  • Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
