Job Title: Team Lead Data Processing
As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Data Entry Specialists (DES) team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output. Your role involves communication, organization, process improvement, training, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate tasks assigned by the company's Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
- Organize the working schedules of the DES.
- Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
- Provide and maintain documentation.
- Proactively implement, optimize, and automate workflows.
- Create new processes and workflows to improve team functions.
- Write requirements for other teams.
- Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
- Perform quality checks.
- Manage your team and set KPIs.
- Provide reports on list processing progress and individual DES results.
- Train new DES team members on workflows.
Additional Tasks:
- Manage the DES team.

Qualifications for Success:
- Experience in Data Entry, Data Conversion, or Data Processing fields.
- Strong people management skills.
- Proactive attitude.
- Experience managing remote teams across different time zones.
- Previous remote work experience.
- Process-oriented with skills in setting up and managing workflows.
- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application to improve processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience as a project coordinator/manager, preferably with DES teams.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience conducting remote coaching, mentoring, and training sessions.
- Ability to lead and organize remote teams effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in implementing changes and testing results.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
