Data Processing Executive (Market Research)

Overall Objective

Data processing and tabulation as internal support for researchers and client managers to aid them in their client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Using Dimensions (IBM SPSS Data Collection Professional), to prepare and process survey data for tabulation.
• When relevant, using an open source, python-based software, Quantity, to prepare and process survey data for tabulation (full training will be provided as and when it becomes necessary).
• Running bespoke project analyses for consulting groups, using experience to liaise with other business units, advising on best practices, and assisting with problem-solving.
• Managing own workload to ensure that deadlines are met and standards are achieved.
• Assisting the DP team in introducing and maintaining efficiencies within the department (e.g., automation of processes).
• Maintaining excellent record administration to have an accurate log of work carried out as part of the service.
