Job Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with senior Contracting lawyers on complex contracts.
• Advise on legal and commercial risks related to transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and close client transactions.
• Strategize with senior lawyers and internal clients.
• Stay updated on industry developments.
