Job summary

QL Corporate Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Data Platform Lead to drive data engineering and BI strategies. You will oversee enterprise data platforms, pipelines, and reporting services across ERP, financial, manufacturing, and supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related discipline. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineer, Power BI Data Analyst, Databricks, or AWS/GCP data certifications) is an added advantage.
• At least8–10years of experience in data engineering, business intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics, including at least 3–5 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven track record in delivering enterprise data platforms, BI solutions, data pipelines, and reporting services within a complex, multi-system environment (ERP, financial, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial systems).
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or GCP.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power BI / Tableau, data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines and data governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• A leadership mindset with the ability to build teams, develop talent and foster a collaborative, data-driven culture.
• Willing to be based at Shah Alam, Selangor.
