Job description

Design and implement end-to-end data migration strategies and ETL processes.
Analyze source data structures and map to target systems, identifying gaps and transformation rules.
Develop custom scripts, data models, and utilities to support extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Collaborate with functional teams and business SMEs to validate migrated data and ensure business continuity.
Support test cycles (unit testing, system testing, UAT) for data validation and reconciliation.
Troubleshoot and resolve data issues during migration activities.
Provide documentation, data mapping specifications, and migration status reports.
Ensure adherence to DXC’s data migration framework, compliance, and security standards.

10 years of experience in data migration or ETL roles, preferably in enterprise-scale projects.
Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, or DXC in-house tools).
Strong understanding of data structures, relational databases, and transformation logic.
Familiarity with insurance domain data models, particularly DXC’s LifeAsia/GroupAsia, is a strong advantage.
