The Data Management Coordinator ensures that accurate and up-to-date data is collected, consolidated, and maintained from all of the organization’s social work programs. This role works closely with program staff to standardize reporting formats, verify data accuracy, and maintain an organized, secure database, and impact measurement.

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for all program data.
  • Collect monthly data from social work programs.
  • Ensure all program teams submit data in a consistent format and on time.

Data Entry & Updating

  • Maintain an accurate and updated central database for all social work programs.
  • Regularly verify and clean data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Work with program staff to correct errors or fill missing information.

System Management

  • Develop and improve data collection templates, guidelines, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality policies.
  • Work with IT or software providers to troubleshoot and improve database tools.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Data Management, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data collection, entry, and reporting.
  • Experience in the nonprofit or social service sector is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Google Sheets or cloud-based data tools.
