• The D&A organization comprises central teams such as Data Management, Analytics Products, Center of Enablement, and Data Science resources, which should be maximized to serve AMEA business priorities. Strong collaboration and influencing skills are essential to drive adoption, relevancy, and impact with speed. This role is part of the regional D&A structure, delivering value based on regional opportunities.
• We partner with commercial functions like Consumer-Marketing, Customer-Sales, Chain, and Finance on the D&A agenda for each.
• Building capability within teams through leadership, coaching, guidance, and inspiration to internal and external teams, fostering a robust ecosystem that can embed analytics into business processes.

What you need to know about this position:

We are seeking a motivated Data Hub & Digitization Manager to join our AMEA D&A team. This role will develop and execute a strategy to digitize key work processes at Mondelēz, managing the Data Hub (Data Lake) contents and Business Intelligence applications.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about Digital Transformation, skilled in communication, and capable of engaging diverse stakeholders across Data & Analytics, external partners, and business units to deliver the Data Hub & Digitization agenda.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Data Hub and Digitization program, partnering with the broader Digitization Council. Bring expertise in Data, Business Process, Technology, and Analytics to enhance the organization's data and analytics maturity.
• Own the Data Hub contents, Community Site, and BI applications, governing data ingestion, application deployment, and continuous improvement. Lead a team of D&A professionals and external partners to deliver and promote adoption.
• Drive adoption through change management, technical training, and content development. Monitor feedback, engagement metrics, and respond to community queries professionally.
• Manage onboarding and upskilling pathways for Data Hub users, maintaining relationships with key influencers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Support functions and business units with workshops and leverage the D&A community to inspire impactful use cases.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Sciences, or Computing.

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in medium to large enterprises, understanding core functions and processes.
• 3+ years in Business Digital Transformation programs.
• Knowledge of industry data and KPIs, experience with business problem solving.
• Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI and Tableau, with UX/design experience.
• Understanding of analytics maturity levels and use-case funneling.
• Familiarity with data management and architecture principles.
• Strong communication, community engagement, and program management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information
