  • Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 per month

Data Entry (Automotive Industry), Convertible To Permanent

Position: Data Entry Assistant (Contract)

Location: One City, Subang Jaya

Employment Type: Contract (Convertible to permanent depending on performance and availability)

Salary: RM2,000/month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Overtime may be required, subject to approval)

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, organize, and sort documents for accurate data entry
  • Enter data into the system and verify for accuracy and completeness
  • Process purchasing requisitions, invoices, statements, and related documents
  • Maintain and organize hardcopy records for efficient retrieval
  • Perform additional administrative or data-related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen, preferably female
  • Minimum Diploma qualification or higher
  • Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to manage data efficiently
  • Some experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred
  • Must possess own transport and be able to travel to work daily
  • Willing to work occasional overtime when required
