Job description

Accurately input inbound, outbound, and inventory movement data into the warehouse management system.

Update and maintain inventory records to reflect real-time stock status.

Support routine and ad-hoc stock counts, verifying system data against physical inventory.

Reconcile discrepancies with warehouse assistants and escalate issues when needed.

Salary Range: MYR 1900 - 2300

What You Will Be Doing
Inventory Data Management
  • Accurately input inbound, outbound, and inventory movement data into the warehouse management system.

  • Update and maintain inventory records to reflect real-time stock status.

  • Support routine and ad-hoc stock counts, verifying system data against physical inventory.

  • Reconcile discrepancies with warehouse assistants and escalate issues when needed.

Documentation & Tracking
  • Prepare and generate relevant warehouse documents such as pick lists, receiving notes, and delivery orders.

  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for warehouse records and documents.

  • Ensure data entry is aligned with daily operational timelines and shipping schedules.

  • Monitor and update the status of goods received and dispatched.

Problem-Solving & Support
  • Flag and assist in resolving data inconsistencies or missing information in system records.

  • Provide administrative support to the warehousing team and assist in daily coordination.

  • Step in to support team members during their absence (e.g., leave or MC).

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management to support warehouse operations.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Admin, Logistics, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry software

  • Able to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently

  • Familiarity with warehouse systems (e.g., WMS) is an added advantage
