Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc seeks a Data Consultant to partner with stakeholders, turning business visions into actionable data roadmaps and to lead technology transformations from strategy to execution. You will drive PoCs and MVPs while strengthening data governance, security standards, and delivery quality.

Responsibilities include designing governance frameworks, managing cross-functional teams, and growing the Data & Analytics practice through pre-sales and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Proficiency across the data stack including Big Data, BI, Data Warehousing, Visualization and modern MLE/DSE workflows.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Strong understanding of access control (RBAC/ABAC) and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, SOX or HIPAA.
