Responsibilities

• Perform racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware diagnostics in the data centre.
• Conduct base OS installations, upgrades, and patching.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and escalate where necessary.
• Monitor and maintain system performance and data centre infrastructure.
• Follow structured processes and contribute to documentation and improvement initiatives.
• Work on-site in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule with on-call responsibilities.
• Participate in small-scale project execution alongside infrastructure teams.
