Job summary

Required are 3+ years in data center operations, strong cabling skills, and solid troubleshooting. Certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE or vendor) are preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, and training sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills (Cat6/6a, fiber) and structured cabling.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for incident reports.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Data center certifications (CDCP/CDCS/CDCE) or vendor certs are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber) and equipment deployments.
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security) and respond to incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking; collaborate with engineering/operations.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
