Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Vendor Relations Manager to oversee long lead equipment (LLE) vendors, ensuring timely delivery and reliable aftersales support across projects.

You will partner with projects, operations and engineering teams to resolve issues, manage warranties, and maintain comprehensive documentation, while upholding DayOne's standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in vendor management or aftersales support.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Relationship Management: act as the primary contact for LLE vendors and coordinate across projects.
• Aftersales Support: manage post-delivery support, warranty claims, and service coordination with vendors.
