Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a Data Center Regional Program Expert to lead the end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across eight facility dimensions. You will translate requirements into project plans, milestones, and acceptance criteria for closure.

You will also drive EMS data-integration with ELV systems, coordinate with local and global teams, negotiate SLAs, validate critical infrastructure logic, and deliver dashboards tracking compliance and EMS health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure operations or related roles.
• Strong vendor governance and program-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end rollout of the colocation management standard across facilities.
• Lead EMS data-integration projects with low-voltage/ELV systems.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, colo teams and vendors; negotiate scope and SLAs.
• Validate electrical, HVAC, and ELV control logic and ensure production readiness.
• Build dashboards and scorecards for compliance and EMS health; report progress to HQ.
