Responsibilities:

1. Data Center Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of data center facilities, focusing on server and networking systems to ensure high availability and reliability.
2. Network and Server Planning: Oversee planning, design, and implementation of data center networking infrastructure, including structured cabling, server room layouts, and security systems. Manage deployment and configuration of servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks for optimal performance.
3. Technical Support and Pre-Sales Engineering: Provide technical pre-sales support, including requirements analysis, solution design, and proposals. Lead technical discussions and create detailed BOMs for deployments.
4. Collaboration and Client Interaction: Work with business development to deliver technical presentations, support client visits, and ensure solutions meet client needs.
5. Project Design and Implementation: Responsible for detailed design, execution, and technical challenge resolution during projects. Manage installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
6. Project Management and Documentation: Provide technical guidance, ensure compliance, and produce comprehensive documentation for project handover.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.
• Over 3 years of IP or IT project delivery experience.
• Self-managed with minimal supervision.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Able to work under pressure and overtime when necessary.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of intelligent building systems and related products, including data center construction, surveillance, structured cabling, alarm systems, multimedia, broadcasting, and other integrated systems.
• Strong design skills for ELV systems, familiarity with bidding processes, and ability to prepare proposals and detailed designs independently.
• Excellent writing, verbal communication, public speaking, and proficiency in office software, especially PPT.
• Experience with Huawei or H3C devices and network design/implementation preferred.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Huawei HCNA, HCNP, HClE, PMP, or ITIL are a plus.
