FARBEN INFORMATION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Data Center Operations Engineer to oversee daily operation, maintenance, and optimization of data center infrastructure including electrical, HVAC, and ELV systems.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, incident response per EOP, and continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis. Requires a diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering or HVAC and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of data center facility operation & maintenance experience.
• Bachelor/Associate degree in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
• Strong analytical ability and hands-on technical skills required.
• Familiar with data center infrastructure systems, electrical distribution, cooling, ELV, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation, maintenance, and inspections of data center electrical, HVAC, and ELV systems.
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) plans and address faults promptly and accurately.
• Manage safety, risk, capacity, and availability; optimize systems for efficiency and cost savings.
• Maintain infrastructure data accuracy and monitor alarm configurations for reliability.
• Respond to incidents per EOP and provide on-site support and reporting.
• Analyze root causes and summarize lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Familiarize with power distribution, cooling, and ELV architecture; locate faults quickly.
