Damac Properties is seeking a Mechanical Engineer for data center facilities in Cyberjaya. You will review and develop mechanical designs, specifications, and calculations for critical cooling systems and infrastructure.

You’ll design HVAC systems, perform load calculations, and ensure reliability and energy efficiency across the data center campus. Responsibilities include reviewing P&IDs, SE drawings, and control sequences, coordinating with electrical and civil teams, and supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
3–8+ years experience in data centers, mission-critical facilities, hospitals, or large commercial projects.
Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems.
Experience with chilled water systems, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, AHUs, piping.
Ability to read P&IDs, mechanical drawings, equipment schedules, control diagrams.

Responsabilités

Review and develop mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, calculations, and documentation for data center facilities.
Design and review HVAC and cooling systems for mission-critical environments.
Perform cooling-load calculations and equipment capacity assessments.
Review cooling systems and components for reliability and efficiency.
Coordinate with other disciplines and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Support testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
