Job responsibilities:
- Serve as Commissioning Management (CxM) or Commissioning Team (CxT) Consultant and Team Lead.
- Lead commissioning from pre-commissioning to final handover.
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Coordinate activities and resources to meet project timelines and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and resolve technical issues.
- Oversee system and equipment testing for compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with engineering to ensure operational-ready designs.
- Review project documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Lead and train commissioning teams, ensuring safety compliance.
- Prepare commissioning reports and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Ensure all activities align with quality procedures and best practices.
- Conduct post-commissioning evaluations and lessons learned.
- Support engineering documentation and other assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning, with leadership exposure preferred.
- Strong understanding of commissioning processes, standards, and safety protocols.
- Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors.
- Willingness to travel and be based on-site (within or outside Klang Valley) as required.
