Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad is seeking an Information Technology Engineer to plan and execute ELV/ICT scope in line with project timelines. You will coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless system integration.

The role involves supervising installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV, BMS, access control, PA/intercom, Telco, security systems and IT network infrastructure, plus DCOS integration and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of ELV/ICT installation and commissioning experience.
• Data center construction experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of CCTV, BMS, Access Control and structured cabling.
• Familiarity with local codes, safety standards and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist M&E Manager in planning and executing ELV/ ICT systems per project timeline.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural and subcontractors for integration.
• Supervise installation, testing and commissioning of ELV/ ICT systems.
• Oversee manhole/handhole construction and telecom MDF terminations.
• Ensure integration of DCOS with electrical systems and monitor power/alarms.
• Maintain installation/test/commissioning documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards.
