Job summary

Princeton Digital Group (PDG) is seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Manager to lead electrical operations, maintenance, reliability, and lifecycle management of critical power infrastructure across our data centre campus. You will ensure maximum uptime, safety, and compliance for HV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, generators, and PDUs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, facilities management, or critical facilities operations.

Responsibilities

Lead the Electrical Department in capacity planning and reliability improvement initiatives.
Oversee operation and maintenance of HV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS, and generators.
Manage fault investigations, RCA, and incident reporting for power incidents.
Mentor engineers, technicians, and contractors to achieve safety and reliability goals.
Lead project execution, IST, and handover from construction to operations.
Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs and emergency procedures.
