Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a engineering or data analytics field.
• Minimum 2 years in data analytics, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or semiconductor operations.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes (Fab, Assembly, Test, Post-Test).
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier manufacturing data pipelines, databases, and data quality controls to ensure accurate reporting.
• Create and enhance automated dashboards and real-time analytics to monitor supplier quality, yield, defect rates, and performance.
• Analyze manufacturing and quality data to identify trends, deviations, and risks, driving timely corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with foundry, assembly, and test subcontractors to improve manufacturing quality and operational performance.
• Lead data-driven problem-solving activities using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone analysis.
• Support predictive analytics and smart manufacturing initiatives to strengthen quality monitoring and supply chain resilience.
• Provide rotational weekend support for critical manufacturing and quality monitoring activities.

A leading semiconductor organization is seeking a highly motivated Data Analytics Supplier Quality Engineer / Senior Engineer / Manager to support the quality management of outsourced semiconductor manufacturing partners, including Foundry, Assembly, and Test subcontractors.
This unique role combines Supplier Quality Engineering with Advanced Data Analytics, leveraging manufacturing and quality data to improve supplier performance, strengthen supply chain resilience, and drive smart manufacturing initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with external suppliers and cross-functional internal teams to develop data-driven quality monitoring systems, perform predictive analytics, and enable real-time manufacturing insights.
This position requires participation in a rotational weekend support schedule to ensure timely monitoring and response to critical manufacturing and quality events.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or semiconductor operations.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, including Fab, Assembly, Test, and Post-Test.
• Strong statistical analysis and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, JMP, or Minitab.
• Familiarity with quality and problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in predictive analytics, AI/ML, Digital Twins, Cloud Computing, or Edge Computing.
• Programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive quality improvements.
