Data Analytics Engineer (MUST have SAP HANA, Phyton, Spotfire)

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (Renewable or convertible based on performance)

Working Location: Nearby Subang Airport

Working Hours/Day: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5.30PM)

Salary: RM8,000 to RM10,000 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Analytics Engineer to join our Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Aerospace Engine Shop. This role is critical in driving data-driven decision-making and operational excellence by leveraging advanced analytics, tool development, and deep data insights. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python/Java, SAP HANA, and a strong ability to develop custom analytics tools beyond traditional platforms like Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

Build custom analytics tools using Python/Java

Go beyond traditional platforms like Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI

Perform deep data analysis to uncover trends and boost productivity

Leverage SAP HANA for data extraction and transformation

Collaborate with global teams and SAP Super Users

Lead training, documentation, and process optimization

Provide real-time dashboards and insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

3-5 years of experience in advanced analytics, tool development, and SAP HANA.

Proven track record of developing custom analytics tools using Python, Java, or similar programming languages

Expertise in Python/Java for tool development and data analysis.

Strong knowledge of SAP HANA and its integration with analytics platforms.

Familiarity with traditional analytics tools (Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to move beyond their limitations.

Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities

Proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a global team
