About the role

As a Data Analyst Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven decision-making across our commercial teams i.e. marketing, sales, consulting, and client success. You will be responsible for consolidating, analysing, and translating complex data into insights that drive commercial performance and business growth.

Your key responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyse data from marketing, sales, consulting, and client success to identify trends, patterns, and KPIs
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for commercial teams and leadership to support strategic decision-making
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards that track key performance metrics, including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios, and NPS scores
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to define and monitor team and individual KPIs
  • Support revenue forecasting using historical data and market trends
  • Conduct predictive and trend analyses to uncover growth opportunities and mitigate potential risks
  • Optimise sales and marketing processes using data insights to improve lead conversion and workflow efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement commercial process improvements
  • Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to improve commercial effectiveness and support revenue goals
  • Support the development and upkeep of commercial data systems (e.g., CRM), including data collection processes and automation of recurring data tasks
  • Participate in commercial planning processes by contributing to quarterly plans and evaluating the impact of initiatives

The ideal candidate

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Data Analyst, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within sales, marketing, or commercial operations
  • Highly proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail
  • Skilled in distilling complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot is a plus!) and handling large datasets
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
