A leading recruitment company is seeking a Sales Support Analyst to assist the commercial team with sales reporting and analysis. Job description

1. Support the commercial team on regular updates on business performance, which includes daily, weekly, monthly sales and execution reports

2. Support the commercial planning and sales team on

a. Promotion strategies and post promotion evaluation

b. Business reviews – to be the sales team’s sparring partner

c. Ad hoc analyses – synthesizing information from multiple sources to meaningful insights, and convey the message through clear visualization

3. Support the leadership team on reporting and analyses, such as monthly BIG closing reports, BP, ad hoc analyses.

4. Support Singapore team on monthly incentive target setting, result tabulation and submission for payroll.

5. Work closely with other functions (e.g. CDE, RTM, Finance, Sales) to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

6. Continuously effort to improve reporting efficiency and relevance, e.g. report automation, refreshing reports to reflect relevant metrics according to business needs.

SAP (preferably not mandatory), Power BI, strong excel skill
