The primary responsibility of this role is to implement, monitor, and maintain program initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives. The role requires strong data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and deliver high-impact guest experiences and commercial outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Reporting

Support multiple project teams by developing data dashboards, tracking KPIs, preparing proposals, and ensuring timely, data-backed updates to senior management. Monitor budget utilisation and support project tracking mechanisms.

Data Analysis & Insights

Develop and implement assessment protocols to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyse guest behaviour and footfall patterns to inform strategic decisions and uncover new business opportunities.

Product & Experience Development

Translate insights into recommendations for enhancing existing experiences and proposing new products or offerings aligned with visitor trends and destination strategy.

Digital UI/UX Optimization

Managing the user journey across digital touchpoints, including the Mobile App and Website. Ensure ongoing improvements in UI/UX based on data insights, user behaviour and stakeholder feedback.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics/Science and related field.

Professional Experience

Minimum 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in Marketing, Market Research, Content Management, Events Coordination, Project Management

Proficient in data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), Google Analytics, as well as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong understanding of customer segmentation, digital analytics, and UX principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Attention to Detail, Passionate, Positive Attitude, Team Player

Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
